I've never been able to sit for long periods of time. I look out of the window and see vast skies, deep oceans, and unconquered lands that I want to go and explore.  This desire for adventure allows me to discover and taste the wonderful foods that exist in so many cultures around the world, both now and in the past.  How best to share my adventures with all of you than to bring these tastes back for all of us to enjoy...together.  So, my friends, I invite you to join me to eat, drink, and be merry.
